Suite Fourteen has a full wall of windows and a private balcony that provides unparalleled views of the Delaware River and Aquetong Falls. Your stay includes a 55" TV with Netflix connection, complimentary WIFI, in-room safe and an iPod dock. For your added convenience, you’ll find a refrigerator, snack bar, and a coffee maker with an assortment of complimentary organic coffees and teas. Experience a luxurious king mattress enveloped with fine Italian linens when it is time to rest.
The private en-suite bathroom is designed to provide a spa-like experience, featuring a walk-in shower with pebble tile floors, sculptural tile accents, glass mosaic backsplash and pristine white quartz countertop.

Upon entering the Carriage House, you will find the downstairs common area. This unique shared space features four luxurious armchairs surrounding a stone coffee table. Socialize with friends and family next to the original stone fireplace from the early 1800's.
You will also find a large desk stocked with information about the area. Learn about local attractions, happenings, and must-sees. This is perfect for planning out your day or catching up on work.
Beyond the indoor common area, take a step outside to our secluded, gated, private outdoor space. This space on the river is exclusive to Carriage House guests.​

​Our shaded porch is the ideal spot to retreat from the sun on our lounge chairs or sofa. If you prefer to soak up the sunshine, take a seat overlooking the water. Come sip your complimentary coffee or tea outside at our intimate cafe tables or bring your own picnic to enjoy at our dining room table made for a crowd.
On the outdoor patio, listen to the soothing sound of the Aquetong Falls or take in the gorgeous views of the Delaware River. This is a guest favorite!
