There are two famous Easter brunches that will definitely need reservations: The Lambertville Station and Black Bass Restaurant. On Sunday, April 1st from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., indulge in the famous Lambertville Station Restaurant Easter Brunch with made to order eggs, seafood, a meat carving station, and Belgian waffles. Black Bass Restaurant in Lumberville is popping bottles of bubbly at their Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch on Sunday, April 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Start an assortment of house-made baked goods, and a three course meal including crepes, parfaits, breakfast classics like eggs benedict, southern dishes such as shrimp and grits, and brunch favorites including crab cakes, bacon burgers, and chicken waldorf salad. Along with exceptional food, New Hope also has exceptional entertainment. Head to the Bucks County Playhouse for their theatrical production Love Letters By A.R. Gurney. Meredith Baxter and Michael Gross from TV’s “Family Ties!” star in this show. Don’t miss one of our all time favorite annual springtime events, Shadfest! Lambertville celebrates the largest fish in the herring family on Friday, April 27th, Saturday, April 28th and Sunday, April 29th. Each spring, the American shad migrate from saltwater to fresh water, called the “annual spring shad run.” Try Paul Eschallier of Bell’s Tavern’s famous Shad & Shrimp Fritters. Throughout the festival, there will also be live entertainment provided by a variety of musical artists. Shad Fest isn’t just for fish lovers, you’ll find a plethora of food and things to do.
Spring back into good health at the Ferry Market Health and Wellness Weekend. From Friday, April 20th to Sunday, April 22nd, a plethora of health and wellness professionals will give workshops, talks, and health assessments.
